Sheffield Park and Garden, Uckfield
(4.6/5 based on 650+ reviews on the web)
Visit the Sheffield Park and Garden, a sprawling area of 140 acres with open woodlands and a landscaped garden. Take the well-maintained trails that wind around the lakeshores. Look out for the artificial waterfall that flows between 12:00 and 1:00. Try your hand at cricket on the field available for free use. Let the kids play, climb trees, balance on the slack line, and see-saw in the open expanses of the parkland. The site is dog-friendly, but they aren’t allowed in the landscaped section of the park. If you don’t want to walk, enjoy the park with a rented electric chair. Arrange to visit Sheffield Park and Garden and other attractions in Uckfield using our Uckfield holiday planner.

  • Had a great winter walk in Sheffield Park which was really fun. They had a few trees decorated for Christmas which the children enjoyed seeing.
  • This place is stunning! The gardens are beautiful! We had a long walk and then had food at the cafe. The menu is limited but good. Lots of free parking too.
  • Went here in Autumn as we were told it is beautiful at this time of year and the recommendations were spot on. Draw backs are the car park was full so we had to park away and walk up the country lane ...  more »
