  • Great location and a lovely chilled atmosphere, we only popped in for a couple of soft drinks and were charged more than we would of been if we had 2 alcoholic drinks, pubs out in the sticks must make...  more »
  • A friendy place to eat, the service was top notch and very reasonably priced to. A place i would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to eat.

  • I've eaten here three times and love it. The food is amazing and all the staff have been friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the lasagna, burger, fish and chips. My son loved the kids menu which to be honest it rare.
  • A lovely sunny September lunchtime. Sound of flowing water in distance and ducks playing in the still shallow water by the bridge. Food coming out looks to a very high standard.
  • This is a lovely pub in a lovely location. Tables outside by a shallow river where children and dogs can splash about in hot summer days while waiting for your meal. Popular with locals and tourists alike. Great food and big portions. Shame they don't serve any food outside lunch and dinner hours in the summer anymore, as dinner is too late for young children.
  • Great pub. Lovely setting. Great choice of ales and food is very good.
  • We went for the Easter lunch and were given a large range of choices, I had the roast ham. It was done perfectly the vegetables with it as well were done very well with lots of flavour. The staff were all kind and friendly too
