  • This is a very easy cafe to park, meet up with friends etc. The only thing that let's this place down is the waiting to be served.

  • Not a day out but still great fun to spend a few hours entertaining the kids. Painting the ceramics allowed the kids to try different colours and finished our visit by going into the cafe. At first look of the menu we thought a bit pricey but once the food came out and the portion sizes well let's just say it justified the price. Some nice bits in the shop. Overall worth going to entertain kids for a few hours. Wet day play.
  • China blue is great for families; children will love being able to paint anything from the wide range of pottery and there is loads to keep parents busy. A very fun day out!
  • Paint a huge range of pottery, we spent a rainy day having a lot of fun supplemented with very good cake (the red velvet was particularly good) and a good lunch.
  • Let's just say I won't be returning to the Cafe, the food was poor quality, staff were rude, they took no interest when we complained over the quality of our wedges, which were burnt... quote "that's just the way they are". AVOID.
  • Great place for a quick coffee and they were one of the first places in Totnes to offer free Wi-fi. The cakes are OK but they could do a bit around making more stuff on the premises. I usually go there to catch up with my emails. The better experience is to take the kids to the painting area and have a coffee. The staff are always helpful and quite a few adults also hang out to paint a plate or two.
