  • What can I say? If you like Gothic, you'll love this. Beautiful inside and out. A real jewel of a house.
  • Amazing large productive Victorian walled garden, splendid terraced formal gardens, woodland garden walks, impressive period room settings and small cafe. Gift shop and plant sales.
  • Loved this house, what an interesting place to visit. Probably one of my favourite national trust properties so far. Many different styles of room.
  • Great place to walk the cat. Lots of dogs to avoid but plenty of room to do so :)
  • National Trust really puts in the effort into keeping the place clean and tidy. The house is a must see and the gardens are vast.
