  • Me and two friends went for a laugh and i can assure that's what we had. Didn't realise that we would be there for a whole day but it was so much fun and we were pumped full of adrenaline. We just wan...  more »
  • We had an issue as the Manager took unused and packaged paintballs back and advised we could have a refund via the booking office. Despite almost daily phone calls and promises of a call back we have ...  more »
  • Really disappointed, the course looked great and were real fun. Unfortunately the upgrade gun I paid £15 for consistently broke and didn’t fire straight. This was the case for myself and about 5 of my team mates who upgraded. After being refused a upgrade I was given a different gun which also broke so I was left without a gun for two whole games while the marshal attempted to fix it. The food is also not good, hot food earlier than the standard 1pm would be a good idea
  • The variations in game zones was impressive and each zone was kitted out nicely. My main issue is with the equipment. We paid for a whole day but we all found that after lunch the last few hours were dreadful. The guns were constantly running out of gas, jamming, and just spitting paint out the end of the barrel rather than shooting the paintball. The guns accuracy also left a lot to be desired. Swapping guns every different zone proved to be problematic. A couple of our group also had the gun barrel falling out of the gun! The paintballs were very expensive, especially when so many were wasted due to the guns. One of our team "defeated" the terminator only to find the gun had enough gas for about 10 shots. I would go again, but I would only ever do a few zones or half a day, and I'd ensure I was using the same gun each time.
  • Atrocious for the price. The photos on the site for North Bristol are very misleading, those photos are taken from somewhere else, where in reality it is just set in a bog standard forrest, with nothing too special about it (had to travel over 2 hours, because I thought it was going to be a more authentic & special location). Also we had quite a few problems with guns jamming, leading to lots of loss ammo, being force into buying more & a few of us had to play some games with basically no ammo. Insufficient briefing aswell, they didn't even say what was the safety on the gun. Safety concerns aswell, as you can only buy grenades if you are over 18, which a few people did, but they were using them against much smaller children. Customer service pretty poor aswell, they kept phoning to see if I would be interested in a future booking, even though just already booked. They charged a unreasonable handling fee & also they listed under food as noodles on the website, but when we got their it turned out it was actually just pot noodles. No clean water available either leaving you to have to buy drinks or drink from the tap of the toilet. On the positive though I did have a reasonanly enjoyable time with my friends, however that is less to do with the paintball.
  • Great day out ...staff really helpfull .. games Were Awesome only problem we had was with equipment guns kept jamming and a dodgy batch of paintballs but we were given fresh painballs on breaks
  • Absolutely an amazing day out, went on 10th September, was muddy and raining abit bit added to the fun!great staff and good banter, is a little bit pricey though, but a very enjoyable day and will be going again soon!
