The staff have no idea about customer service. Untrained youngsters. The food is disgusting and we didnt get what we ordered. When I spoke to the manager about it the response was a blunt - "This is e...  more »

What a dump. Bowling alleys are tired and dated . Soft play stinks of sick as soon as u walk in. Rubbish and food all over the floor, no one clearing up. Avoid this place like the plague.  more »
  • Visited the soft play section with 4 kids aged 7 to 9. Have visited before when the kids were younger. Sadly the place is now looking very tired. The ball pool cascade isn't working and has been decommissioned. Some of the padding is quite warn. They used to do snacks and hot drinks. Now its just prepacked snacks, crisps and chocolates and a self service drinks machine. Staffing is also minimal and I only saw one member of staff manning the entrance, selling snacks and answering questions. Despite this the four kids had a good run around and enjoyed themselves for 90min.
  • Like most bowling places no natural light so seems dark in areas. Bowling is good. Food is basic sausages and burger fare. A few arcade machines some of which work. Have to go into the indoor play area for coffee. Decent offers available if you book online.
  • I was very disappointed in the soft play area. It is very run down and not very clean. The toilets were smelling and the smell had drifted out to the seating area. The highchairs are filthy and the straps are broken. Please someone give it some tlc
  • Good, has gotten worse over the years could definitly be better
  • Very rundown and really needs a refurb. The unlimited bowling is great value
