  • Manorbier Castle is well worth the visit especially coming off the Pembrokeshire Coast Path walk. You can a great view and size of the castle coming in from the Coast Path.
  • Stunning location, reasonable entrance fee, lovely walks in the vicinity around the coastal path, cafe on site
  • I love everything about old castles and are always amazed at how they have survived all these years this is no exception well worth a visit and love the beach at manorbier as well
  • Enchanting castle - for those about 30 years old or over, they may remember the front of the castle as that used for the BBC Narnia's Cair Paravel. Lovely gardens inside and a charming little tea-room. Dogs are allowed which is a huge plus for dog-owners.
  • Perfect sized castle if visiting with little children. There's a couple of towers to climb for good views and rooms with displays. A good day out can be had in Manorbier since its proximity to a sandy beach with rock pools. For a good view of the castle, visit the church. Do check the timings on the website as they close if there is wedding.
  • Not much for a relatively high entrance fee. No information on the history of the castle or what life would have been like for it's inhabitants. Can easily walk around it with 30 minutes. Friendly staff and some nice views though.
  • Nicely presented castle ruins with towers to climb and rooms to explore. A visit might last a couple of hours but can be combined with a trip to the nearby beach.
  • Very disappointing. Although I appreciate that the castle is going through a slow painful renovation, there is major lack in information. No history has been put up on walls or rooms or anywhere at all. Not worth the money.
