Brilliant day out with the children worth every penny on the entrance costs. Children love it there so much to do keeps the children entertained for easily the while day. We take our own sanwhiches and drinks and just buy ice creams there so makes the day a lot cheaper. Have been here 4 times with the kids and will go back again a few times a year.
This half term is the Mad Science Week at National Forest Adventure Farm. As well as this fabulous event, they offer lots of exciting indoor fun, outdoor adventure and farm animals. They are located in Burton upon Trent, within an hour’s drive from Stafford, Stoke, Nottingham, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Leicester etc. Note, from now until 1st August, Branston Road between A38 Burton South Exit and Tatenhill village will be closed and to get to the place, you have to follow the 2 mile diversion signs via Burton on Trent which may add approximately 5 minutes extra to your journey. There is plenty of free parking plus disabled parking right at their entrance. Every time we go, we do notice how National Forest Adventure Farm always strive to improve the place and entertain children of all ages with their activities. They definitely put a lot of thought into it for their customers. Besides the Mad Science Week show, they also have fast-paced Sheep Races, Sheep Shearing Demos, Water Splash-Out which opens for the holiday, take a tractor and trailer ride and many more.
The farm offers so many things to such a wide age range. We go there a lot in all weather's. Brilliant indoor activities including a huge soft play area. Outdoors has a lot to offer as well; including jumping pillows, splash area, Jurassic dinosaur sand play area, animal barn, climbing wall, tractor and barrel rides and so much more!! Well worth a visit.
My 2yr old loves this place. Great little farm with plenty of farm animals and some hands on animal experiences like feeding the baby lambs or planting a seed to take home. They have several sand play areas, two bouncy things, peddle gokarts, put put and a jungle gym outdoors. Indoors there's more play areas with slides and whatnot along with a resturant. We bought an annual membership in the end
Nice place specially for the children. They can enjoy the farm life or at least the set up they arranged there. The staff were friendly and seemed well trained. Even we also enjoyed this country side themed area. Had a good time there.
