  • A fantastic place to watch all sorts of motorsport from GT, Touring to Superbikes and Porsches. It's got great parking and lots of stuff to do for families. You can get right next to the action and the toilets are generally clean and accessible. The only downside is this all comes at a cost - tickets for events are quite expensive and the food is just stupid money (though usually good). Best option is to get there early and use the on site cafe, or take your own. If you're into your cars, bikes, and photography this is the best local place to visit in race season.
  • Beautiful park land circuit with excellent spectator viewing points. Free in circuit parking. Good spectator facilities. Chequers restaurant provides good food and drinks a reasonable prices. Paddock access is free for those who like to get up close to the competitors .
  • I went to Oulton Park for the BTCC race day and what a fantastic day. The action was non-stop all day. The organisation was very well planned, the commentators were knowledgeable and humorous and it was great value for money. Sure, there are a couple of very minor issues, the foot-bridge across to the grandstands is so small that there is always a queue, there is a bit of a layout issue where you have to walk through the paddock area, around the emergency services and the scrutineering bay just to get to the foot-bridge. Minor stuff really. The other point is the sides of the track and grandstands have a lack of overhead cover, there will be issues in rainy weather so bring a brolly. Still a 5 star experience.
  • Wonderful weather for BTCC Sunday, and havens of dense shade under lovely trees. Could have done with more drinking water taps in that heat - Goodwood FoS has lots - small bottles of drinking water at £1.50 possibly discouraged people from keeping themselves hydrated. Main shortcoming is lack of a cashpoint - I was amazed at that.
  • Got to live Oulton, great views from all over the circuit. Always good racing no matter what you're watching! Getting in and out could be better for big events, nothing much you can do but sit in the traffic.
