  • Have been here twice, first time was for toboggoning and ice skating with friends, the second by myself for part one snowboarding lesson. The staff are very friendly, helpful and patient with noobs like myself. The kit and boards are really decent, too. Will definitely be looking to do the second snowboard lesson so that I can go recreational with my friends. Either alone or in a group, this place is loads of fun.
  • Love coming here, don't get to go as often as i'd like. Staff were helpful and friendly enough, always someone close by to lend a hand / give a spot of advice. Do great events for the youngsters well worth a visit.
  • I'm just letting people know that I had a fantastic time, when I went swimming here the staff where very helpful to me and the disabled facilities were great and it was all wheelchair accessible... And also the pool was lovely and warm but bear in mind it is freezing when you get out of the pool you soon want to dive into the showers to warm up lol 😆😂👍🏻 I Had A Great Swim Thanks To All The Staff !!!
  • Great fun day out for all our family! Went at the busy Christmas period and the staff were so helpful. We had so much fun and are looking forward to a second visit!
  • Popular local venue for indoor skiing, tobogganing, skating, swimming, gym and more. Parking barriers allow for free drop off, and you collect your ticket from the barrier on the way in. Christmas parties are some of the group activities catered for, and the entertainment can be different to your usual party e.g. tuba playing Dutch men. Bars and skiing viewing platforms allow for relaxation whilst viewing the icy chaos. Starbucks cafe inside. Set next to the lakes and river, there is plenty of parking and not too far from the town centre. Access is easy with a long slip road to help avoid queues.
