  • Just outside Birmingham this is the closest indoor real snow venue. It isn't great for learning and brushing the rust of your skill after a summer away from the snow. I need peak season it can get bus...  more »
  • While being expensive this is a brilliant place to practice skiing. It does get very busy and with multiple different lessons manoeuvring rather difficult, so it would better to have separate sessions...  more »
  • Thought I'd have a go while the rest family had a lesson. I would not recommend this to anybody the slope is sheet ice in patches with the slopes covered with lessons. For a beginner this must be so i...  more »

  • Had a great family visit here. Brilliant ice rink with a very clever outer 'track' for going a bit faster! Fun snow play area and the main slope looks great too. Had some nice food and drink. Lots to do, almost a little overwhelming at first. Definitely worth a visit.
  • Great time.. few staff issues regarding tiny tubing location. Was told 2 go inside the room and sit down and staff told us 2 go outside and wait.. don't think any of them knew what there job was... 😐
  • Love coming here, don't get to go as often as i'd like. Staff were helpful and friendly enough, always someone close by to lend a hand / give a spot of advice. Do great events for the youngsters well worth a visit.
  • I purchased one of the small slopes sledge parties for my sons 7th birthday. We arrived on 24 Sept 2016. The sledging was excellent & the kids loved it. We also had the children's food package included. We moved to a nice party room where the kids were seated & we gave them drinks from the 2 jugs of orange & blackcurrant for 18 kids. After approx 20 mins and the kids got restless I went on the hunt for a member of staff for more drinks & food? No staff! but I found the cordial, of which I went about re-filling the two jugs, a further 10-15 mins elapsed & two more trips to fill the jugs back up the food finally turned up!!! But one of the children's order didn't!!! That poor 7 year old had to sit for a further 15 mins with nothing whilst he watched the other children eat!! I spoke to the party organizer who said she would have a word with her manager. She offered us free tea of coffee!!! I'm sorry but the length of time we waited for the food & the poor boy who waited a further 15 mins & the fact I had to find the drinks & keep re-filling just isn't good enough!!! I will not being recommending this!!!
  • Have been here twice, first time was for toboggoning and ice skating with friends, the second by myself for part one snowboarding lesson. The staff are very friendly, helpful and patient with noobs like myself. The kit and boards are really decent, too. Will definitely be looking to do the second snowboard lesson so that I can go recreational with my friends. Either alone or in a group, this place is loads of fun.
