  • We visited Oasis wanting to swim in a session listed on the website as Under 5's and adults. However on arrival we were told that the session is restricted to those adults with young children. So our ...  read more »

  • Me and my son love the Oasis, great fun to be had be sure to check there website to avoid disappointment if they are conducting maintenance. Lifeguards are friendly and well trained. Regular floor cleaning is needed as it can get a bit dirty.
  • The gym is okay, on peak times it's very over crowded, there could be more equipment and/or a limit on how many people can train/work out in the gym at a given time. but since the centre has changed hands the other facilities have gone down hill. The prices for entry were raised, the pool is over crowded on peak business times, the amount of chavs whom go there has raised, the slides are shut half the time due to mantinance or the fact they open late afternoon to save money, the water isn't always as clean as it could be. As result the facility needs to be revised and changed because when I was younger I used to love to swim in that pool, the water was clean, the slides were open, it was less crowded, the print of the sea was my favourite part of waiting in the line. As they've tried and failed to make it look as though it is a prestige leisure centre, it's really not. If I were to recommend this centre I would advise to go in the off peak times because that's when it's at its best. Otherwise I'd recommend to find somewhere else to go.
  • "Shame" probably sums up this place best. It's a shame the last 3 times I have taken the family, the slides have been shut. It's a shame with the increase to prices you would think we would see an improvement with the general cleanliness and services. Finally it's a shame they built this in Swindon as the clientele is like a dodgy pub on a Saturday night. When you walk in you are stared at by a bunch of frog eyed, web-footed, inbred yokles. Imagine characters from hills have eyes had sex with the cast of a jeremy kyle show, had kids and dropped them in this swimming pool. I'm just surprised they didn't have their rottweilers and staffs swimming round with them.
  • A horrible place. Filthy, overpriced and filled with tattoo-scabbed yobs. If you want to share water and bodily fluids with unwashed chavs, this is the place for you.
  • Terrible experience. The slides are only open after 4 . To save cost. After they charged nearly £20 to get in, you find out they also close at noon now, so you are simply kicked out again after an hour. This is not displayed anywhere. It seems only somewhere at a page on the better website. Not even at the entrance or at the till they do not remind you. So if you go there you will be in for an expensive surprise! They claim that everything is based on an hour session now. Best to avoid!
