  • Lovely farm and great produce available. Can be busy at peak times. They also have a great children's play area and for a very small fee you can go to see the animals and go on a lovely walk to a hide. The shop on site is great too offering a great range of jams, chutneys and over produce.
  • Visited lotmead farm on open farm day and the whole family had a great time! Loads of fun things to do and learn. Huge selection of animals and the staff were very friendly.
  • I took my 5 year old grandson today. Quite possibly the best day out this holiday. He loved the children's play area. We both enjoyed picking raspberries and strawberries. The small £1.50 charge to visit the furry animals and waterfowl was well worth the money. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable! The picnic area had numerous tables and there appeared to be room for everyone, either in the shade or out in the sun. We spent several hours there and will most definitely be going back. Considering that there isn't a charge to visit the farm, it's a brilliant, cheap day out.
  • Our favourite place for picking strawberries, blackberries and raspberries. They have a nice playing area for the kids, including a wood fence maze. There is also a small animal farm with a few domestic (and not quite domestic) animals; also the kids can see how the cows are milked. Oh, also healthy groceries.
  • Love the place. Excellent with kids
