  • This place is a little odd... It gets some good reviews but there wasn't really much to see or do here. We probably walked around it all with our little boy in about 30 minutes. We went on a rainy day...  read more »

  • "Animal Antics" is excellent. A gentleman visits - often during the school holidays. Children and adults get to interact with and handle exotic animals ranging from hedgehogs to snakes!
  • Located in a but of a run down area this place is a little gem! Kinda a little brother to the Eden Project, with more of a focus on animals and insects. My little one loved it, especially some of the aquariums, the turtles and the giant African land snails. Can't remember exactly how much it cost, but it seemed like good value!
  • A very fun an informative event, great for the entire family. Respectable entry price are another bonus, overall a must visit!
  • We visited Plantasia over Halloween weekend. There were lots of activities for the children to keep them occupied. There is a reptile enclosure and exotic fish section which are both a little small followed by the walk through the plantation section which includes a waterfall leading to a large pond with fish in. For adults its a little on the boring side but this is aimed at education and children and as long as you go in knowing this you can make a visit last a good hour or so before the kids get bored.
  • Small but excellent to visit.
