The play area is good but like any play area, the drinks and food are expensive and not worth the money. Not particularly cheap to get in either. But it's clean and the kids enjoy themselves. more »

Great value for money. However staff are not much use. They don't supervise what is happening and my child was bested up on the climbing frame. All the staff could say was I should speak to the parents

Hired Jimmy Beans for a private party. For the money I paid I was very unhappy and sent numerous requests for complaints to be looked into never had responses. The private party hire is waste of money for what the other parties at the venue offer. We didn't get soul use of the venue as either we were getting previous customers to vacate or staff were cleaning areas. We also never received sweetie cones as included in the price. Hopefully they do things differently now as it is a great deal of money for a children's party and was not at all what I thought.
