  • Definitely worth a look, ideal for children and a big bonus... It is free. Cafe Eden is available for a snack and drink, with plenty of seating and friendly staff. Go take a look.

  • It's superb for being free, but can seem a bit bland and dated inside the museum. The gardens and park are nice to stroll through.
  • Had heard good reports about this place but I'm afraid to say was a little disappointed. As a museum goes it has quite a lot to see but it just seems lacking in interactive department which is important for the children . Parts were poorly lit and cold . We went mainly for the dinosaur display which had been described to us as amazing but I'm afraid to say it was poor . Just felt poorly funded and under maintained. Our biggest disappointment though was the Cafe . Customer satisfaction means nothing to them . Staff are in need of some retraining . All in all its worth a visit on a rainy day . Compared to Eureka kids Science Museum it's quite boring for the kids . With a bit of money spent ( and a different Cafè) Could be much better
  • good place miserable staff
  • Lovely winter gardens, regularly have activities for children but the exhibits are tired and in need of repair
  • Great for slightly older kids. Not so much for really young.
