Honestly can't thank the staff enough. They were so friendly and helpful and professional. The party was fab and very organised I'd recommend it to anyone xx
First time at laser quest and the kids loved it. Only thing is, if you're on a budget, not very cheap.
Visited today with my daughter and friend, having rang the day before to ask advice about offers, suggestions and suitability and I must say the staff are very impressive. Really friendly, great with ... read more »
Staff great, very friendly and knowledgable, they remember your name from previous visits if you go even monthly. I take my 11yr old there, he loves it. We've even roped in his mum and her friends for battle! Arena is big and spooky with plenty of ambush possibilities, as well as enough open spaces for skirmishing on the run. Funny to think i used to play civilised snooker in that same space when it was Rileys, and long before that the sports department at Binns! 150 out of 10 for this place.
Just had a 7 years old birthday party here what a disgrace, there was only 2 members of staff both of which showed no interest what so ever in the 10 children in the party! The only time they spent with them was to explain how to use the gun and how to put on the vest which is one size fits all so heavy and to big for children!! They then let them in the playroom with other older children who weren't part of the party, with no adult to supervise, after their first 15 minutes they were given 1cup of juice then left with nothing to do for a 15 minute break!! After their second 15 minute of gameplay they were given a small buger and small chips from burger king at a cost £2 per head and 1cup of juice which we were changed £4 per head. The two members of staff have no idea what is involved in running a children's party and would advise you to save your money and go some where, where they actually welcome and entertain children!!!
We had our Son's 10th birthday here. Everyone had a brilliant time. Well organised fun. Happily reccomend. Thanks
I love laser tag and stuff like that so my rating is an obvious 5 stars
