  • We had never been in this church before and were fascinated by the restoration work being done on the wall paintings. A real treasure!
  • The architecture brings you to the good times medievai, s historic Chapel, stained glass Windows, murals, architecture. Stay right in the center of town and its interior was being restored when we visited. Free entry.

  • Definitely worth looking into. FREE to go into. Volunteers offering lots of useful information about the building, architecture and painting, which are being renovated.

  • I would say it's mandatory to stop this chapel if visiting Stratford-upon-Avon. It only needs a few minutes to visit, and it is next to other (better advertised) sites. This would be a building from Shakespeare's childhood, and Shakespeare picked the house next-door to buy when he grew up. It would be useful to have a bit more history of this medieval chapel available when visiting. There are a lot of curious and interesting things inside, and it's a very pretty building.
  • A small chapel but worth going into for a short visit. Old building with historic, faded murals on the wall, a grand looking organ, and a lovely stained glass window.
  • Old chapel still standing tall and proud
