  • A friendly and informative tour of a lovely distillery hidden in the Cotswolds. The staff were enthusiastic and you could sense their pride in their product. I was very encouraged to see that they employ young people and impressed by the vision of the man who started it all in 2014. A great thing to do while on holiday...

  • Interesting tour and great gin. Felt it was a little pricey, but that is the Cotswolds for you
  • Went for a tour of this fabulous newly established (2014) distillery and found myself incredibly impressed. The site is very small, the long term focus is whiskey but over the short term gins and experimental liquors keep the books ticking over. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable answering any and all questions thrown at them. The finale of the tasting session was incredible. Not being much of a gin drinker I was surprised at how enjoyable their gin was, their single malt spirit, to young to be deemed a whiskey at this point is a pleasent drink and indicates a lovely whiskey to come but the greatest revelation of the day was their absinthe which was astoundingly pleasent and a true crowd pleaser. Would go again again in a heartbeat.
