  • We had a wonderful time with our two grandchildren visiting in the summer school holiday. Excellent displays. Loved the meerkats. The children especially loved the petting zoo. Well worth the entry fee. I'd highly recommend a visit.
  • Was in the area and seems a resticted style of bird of prey display. Have seen better but if you are here and not been to one, they are always fascinating to watch
  • Really good experience and very good for the entry fee, £7.50 for adults. Lots to see, loads of birds either tethered or in aviaries, wide range of birds of prey, owls, kestrels, Hawks, Falcons, Eagles and buzzards among others. The display was excellent, four handlers showed a range of birds, kestrel, red kites, barn owl and buzzard. Especially good was the dual red kite display. The four handlers were knowledgeable, clear to understand and funny, they kept it light but also very informative. They obviously care deeply about these birds and put on a great show. The sanctuary also has a children's play area and meerkats, red squirrels and rabbits which we didn't get to see due to time constraints. Well worth a visit. Good fun. Impressive birds on display and all very well kept in good environment.
  • Very interesting and informative visit to Suffolk Owl Sanctuary. We were very privileged to be allowed a brief look inside the hospital and staff offices. Met Rocky the cutest little vulture you're likely to come across. Very Glad to hear about their involvement with breeding programmes with other organisations, and the welfare work they carry out on injured birds bought in to them for rest and recuperation. Overall very impressed.
  • Visited on the 28th May. Had a fab time, and will definitely visit again. Very friendly staff, especially harry, Matt and Demi. Well laid out, very clean. Amazing birds!!
