  • We visited the Wild Animal Adventures on our way to 4 Days Holiday in Durham. The Boys enjoyed the Petting Section and overall Site was ok if a little cramped.  more »
  • Visited many times and always enjoy it. The handling area is great and I very much enjoyed cuddling the baby piglet.  more »

  • Great place. Been many times before. Bit disappointed today though. It was relatively quiet and my kids were looking forward to holding some little animals at the work benches at end. They sat and waited patiently. I stood with them. The 2 workers sat with others and seem to u ignore my girls. Then when a mum and child entered room and sat down they were seen to straight away!!! Very annoyed. Come on be a bit more alert of who's waiting to keep it all fair.
  • Lots of different animals to see and you can even hold some of them. There's a mixture of furry friends and reptiles to see. Animal feed can also be purchased (only for £1) which allows you to get a little closer to the animals. Animals are very well looked after and some are very friendly. Especially the pygmy goats. You can also have a cuddle with a Meerkat for £3. The meerkats were however very unsettled and I think they may have been over handled that day maybe a restriction should be put on this to prevent distress. Enjoyed seeing all the animals. Each member of staff full of knowledge about all the animals in their care. Also rotate animals so there are different ones each time you go. Would definitely go again.
  • Fantastic place to visit with small children, nice little zoo where they can feed the animals and a lovely petting centre where they can handle everything from a guineapig to a snake or monitor lizard.
  • Great place for a rainy day. Not cheap but great value as you can stay as long as you like and there is lots to see and do.
  • Amazing place to visit no matter what age you are!
