  • I'm an annual member at Sedgefield and find the packages very good value and it's certainly a nice small course. There's plenty of room indoors to keep warm too. The course is visible in most places, ...  more »
  • Just been to the meeting today and had a great day. Included tour of the racecourse with a visit to the weighing rooms and a close up view of the last fence with the steep incline to the finish line. ...  more »

  • Great little course where everything is accessible easily. What let's it down is the price for facilities. We paid £16 for a grandstand ticket (reduction if booked in advance.) Problem is the grandstand area consists of around 10 steps. There is a separate slightly larger area but you cannot see the finish line, only visible on the screen opposite from around 1/2 furlong mark. Virtually no protection from the weather and as it's so open even a breeze feels like a gale. Half the course is not viewable due to undulations so again it's the screen. Coffee is sold from the back of a car and other facilities quite basic. At £10 it would be acceptable or provide better viewing facilities. Others will disagree but I can only tell you my feelings and will not return unless prices reduced, we actually left after the 3rd race due to no shelter. It's a shame as we live less than 10 miles away now and would have visited on a regular basis.
  • Did the car boot sale on Sunday. Sellers £12 for cars £16 for a van. Good turnout, although everybody still wants everything for nothing.
  • Love horse betting and winning even more xx
  • When we got there could not find the private box we had hired, people working there did not know of any boxes. Finally we found it.The food we were served was horrible, the roast beef was that raw the blood was running out of the meat and was mixing with the gravy.Could not eat it after seeing that paid £105 per adult for that rubbish keep away from it ruined our boxind day
  • Great day out, good facilities. Special events held most months with plenty to keep the kids happy!
