  • Very disappointed and intimidated. I went in at 1:23 pm in a Saturday afternoon. I had my own water with me because my kids just had recovered from sickness bug and I would like them rehydrate abc surely having clean water in hand. The lady at reception told us I'm not allow to use my water and if I need water I will have to get the tap water from the snake store. I got my kids drinks and a cup of water and seat at the area I was told to. Then my kids asked me to watch them play and the area was far away from where I have seat. So I move my stuff so I don't need to worry if I lost things. I had a sip of my own water because I forgotten to bring that cup. The lady told me off that she said she had already told me I'm not allow to drink my own water and ask me to move to the area. I explain it's very difficult for me to monitor my stuff and my kids because where we allow to seat is not near. She said they don't have enough staff to clean up. I found my experience was very rude and I wrote a complain slip and left after less than 1 hour. I thought I deserve a refund and ask them about it. They said I had stay longer that one hour I'm not approved for one. I am not a person who normally will ask for refund but that experiment totally put me off. I know people just put up with non sense situation because they don't know how to voice their opinion. But I think I have got my rights to express my complain.
  • Very rude staff. It would be good somebody trains them in saying please and thank you, and that they are there for customer not the other way around. Will not be back there for that very reason.
  • If i was a kid i would give this 4 stars because they enjoy it. But as an adult this place seriously needs to give its staff and policies a thorough review. 1. No trampoline or carts...because when we went in the morning it was discounted and thus reflected in the price. 2. No free water unless we head to the toilets and fill up at the taps.( Well done on the hygiene awareness) 3. Not allowed to use a CE certified Samsung Charger (Safety Mark 140423-11) to charge my Samsung S7 because Aunty PAT hadn't tested it. (Seriously Portable Appliance Testing) is only applicable at certain facilities. Double Standards here because as soon as i was denied the use of a socket i went on a hunt and found the Fly Zapper/Arcade Machine and Vending Machine all failed to display the PAT label on the plugs. 4. Overall staff attitude is that of ignorance. They would rather have a chat at reception than acknowledge you are there ready for service. 5. Particular attention to the Blonde Black Suited draconian on reception who takes great pleasure in acting as Fun Police.
  • Massive and loads of fun. Bit expensive but a worthwhile treat. Charging for parents is a bit sillly
  • Very expensive.Staff have no customer service skills.my wife took our 2 boys then she had to pay for her and our daughter to sit at a table to supervise the kids.i came to pick up a house key and the the guard on the door would not let me in unless I paid to get it.will not be going back there are far better places in the area
