  • Terrible atmosphere and the price of cheap food is ridiculous and paying for adults what's that about ? I don't use the equipment I take my child

  • Go karts / Bumper carts closed . Asked if kids could go on ...Answer was NO, they're loss the karts are not free. At 4.55pm an announcement was made that the place was closing in 5 minutes...states on website the place is open till 6.30, so kids never got chance for an ice cream after meals , Again their loss . No loyalty to the customers already in there , it seems they can just close & go home when it suits them . After paying in two children, 2adults, buying 4 meals plus drinks , I was dissatisfied with the poor customer service . No discount offered on the way out . So it's not a place I would recommend .
  • Told it stayed open until half 6, at 5 they announced it was closing due to it being quiet ( 30 plus kids there). After spending £60 on 60 minutes of play time. Very disappointing. Tried to make a complaint but after saying that closure time was at managers discretion and said they would get back to us after talking to members of staff. Manager then ignored us while she tidied up. We asked to talk to her again asking how to make a formal complaint she told us there was no formal procedure for this. Management at this place ruined the whole experience for us and the kids will not be returning due to staff experience.
  • Playframe is great. Food not so good and very basic. Prices to play are too high. £8.99 in hols and £1 per adult when the adults can't do anything but supervise. The excuse I got was that they supply newspapers and free WiFi, other places offer this complimentary. Then it's only 90 minutes play including time to eat food. Won't be going back.
  • I HAVE VISITED TODAY WITH BOTH OF MY GIRLS.HAD A VAYCHER FOR A FREE ENTRY FOR MY YOUNGEST.VOYCHER WAS NOT ACCEPTED.VAYCHER NOT OUT OF DATE AND CAN BE USED ANY TIME.NO EXPLANATION FROM STAFF.JUST SAID POLICY BECAUSE MY TODDLER GETS A FREE DRINK INSTEAD OF A FREE ENTRY.VERY DISAPPOINTED...NOT VISITING AGAIN....
  • Looked on Google to see what time it was open till says 6:30 thought great will take the kids for an hour turned up to be told that "we are shutting at 5pm" no explanation no sorry or anything walked out with 2 very upset crying toddlers needless to say I will not be returning thanks for the bad experience fun "shambles" shack !!
