  • I have lived in Stockport all my life (which is quite a long time) and never knew about the miles of tunnels I was walking over! Fascinating, atmospheric, evening tour with a great tour guide.
  • Just brings home the conditions of those families and friends in the Blitz years in Stockport. Really well explained for aduylts and children. Found it a fscinating visit - time well spent.
  • Worth seeing how people we talk on during air raids. Some had to stay there for very long periods the people who show you around make it very real. Some places are quite frightening.
  • Excellent experience really friendly staff and true to been in the blitz U get the feeling of being in the shelter with all the people. And what they had to contend with every day. I highly recommend a visit to this place. Thanks
  • It tries to make you feel the discomfort and the weirdness of life during the ww time and it almost succeeds in it. It deserves your time imho.
  • Really gives you an insight as to how people coped in the world war. Incredibly well run informative. It's definitely a must!
  • Fantastic place, stepping back in time in these tunnels is a great experience, quite extensive so not a place that you feel is too small.
  • Fascinating glimpse of life during bombing raids in WW2
