  • Quite good. Little kids love it. Petting area. Quite compact which saves a lot of walking like similar farms out in Cheshire. You can buy food to feed the animals, which saves the staff having to do it and frees them up to man the gift shop.
  • £8 for me and my young lad. Only half a dozen or so animal enclosures and have to then pay extra for the inside play area, surely this should be included! Staffed entirely by unhelpful miserable looking teenagers with the interpersonal skills of a soggy flip flop, all of whom clearly don't want to be there.
  • Great for kids but beware after paying £3 per child and £4 per adult you are charged £2 per child for indoor play area. £2 for a short pony ride. And more. Cost can add up in here and after an hour you will have seen it all
  • Used it for a birthday party, kids loved it. Really well organised
  • Rude staff in the tea rooms spoiled the whole day. When taking my order in the tea rooms a worker shouted across the kitchen, loudly "to get the child off the top" ( I had her resting there as she wanted to see what was happening and became to heavy) if there were signs up telling me that it isn't allowed I would have known not to place her there. If the person shouting would have walked over to me and politely told me I would have removed her. Because she embarrassed me by shouting so rudely in front of other customers and staff I became very embarrassed and upset, in return shaking and spilling my coffee everywhere. There is just no need for talking to a customer that way, as a business owner myself I know the importance of good customer care. I ironically came to the farm to cheer myself up, turned out I went home upset, embarrassed and out of pocket with a child screaming hungry I will not be returning or giving recommendations for anyone to visit, NOT a family, friendly environment
