  • I've been attending Let Loose consistently for the past 3 months, several times a week with my charge who has additional needs. I'd just like to say a big thank you to Deanne( apologies if I've not sp...  more »
  • We love this place, great for children of all ages. Good equipment and facilities. Also has small go-cart track. Good food with treasonable choice for venue. Kids parties catered for. Clean and tidy, ...  more »
  • Lovely and plenty of space, suits a wide age range of children. Feels very safe. Excellent menu and food of good quality.  more »
  • Really nice play centre. Huge play area for older children and a nice little area for toddlers/babies. Can get really busy on Saturdays when i normally visit though.
  • Such a shame, come this place regularly (well used too) son at 3 and hf wanted to buy his own bananna, so I give him money and told him to go to the till, was so excited he couldn't keep still, with only 1 person in que my son was attempting to que, eventually it became so long to serve him, over 10 mins, I asked a staff member on the reception if she could just serve him because was becoming frustrating to watch him when food got served before he started to cue, so was cold by time I got to it, the face of thunder I received as took her away from her magazine was perfect for Halloween. No understanding, no consideration, totally un-professional. Spend your money to people who care about the kids cause never seen anybody care here. Never again
  • We went to the sensory room at let loose with three babies under one and it was an awful experience, the bubble machine was broken no one told us this on entry, because it was not working the room was very dark. The children did not enjoy this experience. Plug sockets had no covers on so children could stick fingers or toys in very dangerous! All toys that were in there were missing bits or broken! The carpet was filthy it had bits of food on and bits of cushion stuffing considering we went first thing in the morning this is not acceptable. The sensory lights hanging from the ceiling were also broken so the babies didn't have anything at their eye level. Staff said they would come back and help turn things on never retuned! Also the fire alarm went off that you could not hear from sensory room so we had no idea we could of been in danger and staff said we didn't have to sign In so no record of us been there in case of fire! Really bad health and safety. Wouldn't advise going!
  • Very nice. My kids aged 5 and 3 absolutely love it. They have so much fun every time they go there. I have found the staff to be very cooperative and helpful.
  • Sensory Room: Health and Safety risk! Lasers are not toys!!! There is a green laser mounted to the wall at my eye height. It is pointing slightly upward towards a lamp at the ceiling in the centre of the room. There the laser light is reflected at a lamp and produces small spots at the floor. There is a significant risk to permanently damage your eyes or the eyes of your baby, especially if you lift up your baby. The ball pools are also dangerous. A baby could get stuck at the gaps at the edges of the pool and suffocate. There are broken toys in the room and others which seem to be out of battery. I don't know if there may be still an old battery inside these toys left, waiting to start leaking. In general it seems not well maintained and I had the impression the room is dirty. There is also an Ape tied with his arms to a pole, which looks just barbaric. Do not let your baby out of your sight for a second and do not lift it up and do not let it put anything in his mouth, including his/her own fingers and wash the fingers carefully after the visit and you may be save, or maybe not. Good Luck. I cannot say much about the other facilities. The changing room could not be locked, which I find a bit inconvenient.
