  • I visited laser combat in Stevenage last week end with a group of special needs students . And was so impressed at how the staff went out of their way to help us ( Jordan) made us feel welcome and really helped the guys to have great time . Highly recommended 👍
  • Firstly the sole member of staff who worked tirelessly looking after our son's birthday party of 13 7/8 year olds deserves a medal. Not sure that's legal or not having 1 person looking after so many kids. Plus he left to sort out the party stuff leaving them unattended. We nipped across to Costa to buy some coffee and we're told that we couldn't bring them in, I.e you had to buy the stuff from their cafe. The coffee in this cafe was disgraceful, tasted of a rusty metal spoon and took 40minutes to arrive...was also more expensive than Costa. The manager refused to speak to either myself or my daughter. Overall there are not enough staff, managers hideaway and don't respond to questions instead leaving their staff to deal with it who are frankly I'll equipped when asked to show the policy about not bringing coffees in they couldn't show me the policy. If you want to force people to buy from your cafe then make sure your cafe is good value and serves decent food. Plus make it abundantly clear before you enter the place this is 'the policy' Will never come back.
  • Had an 8th birthday party for my son and it was such a dull and boring experience. The kids had 2 games and after that food but no music or any form of entertainment to liven up the party. We had a party host but there was no one to help him serving the kids and we had to step up. My son was so disappointed and so was I. Will never book a party here again!!
