  • Why? There are a number of reasons..... 1. The management should limit the number of families into this play centre. Today there are mothers with prams who cannot find seats.... 2. The cafe is not big...  more »
  • For the price u pay I think this place is very disappointing! We got there early yet every locker was gone - mainly busted or hanging off hinges with a few taken by others , one of the horse carousel ...  more »

  • Take my daughter a few times a week to 360 to disperse the unlimited heaps of energy she seems to cache away on a year pass. Great play facilities that you can let the kids run off and do their own thing, the climbing jungle is huge and has a separate area for smaller children. It even has bumper cars and a merry go round inside for free, but mine seems to spend most her time in the sandpit outside which is a nice addition.
  • Expensive but worth every penny great customer service, wide variety for children and decent food. Also, the new girl was really polite and helpful.
  • Extremely busy as expected but took us 30 minutes at least to get in! We had a 15 month old a 3 year old a 4 year old and a 6 year old with 3 adults. Because it was half term we knew it would be busy so persevered. Once inside we finally found somewhere to sit. One of us took the older children off to play while I took the baby to look around. To my horror there were older children UNSUPERVISED running riot and throwing chairs around one of the play areas !!! The toilets were very dirty with no soap or toilet paper at 11am ! I understand that the children are the responsibility of the parents or guardians but there was no supervision of any kind!!!! There were older children fighting in one of the areas and children running through the toddler area who were much too old to be toddlers. The hygiene is a totally controllable factor! Needless to say we didn't stay for long. I spoke to a manager who seemed totally in denial that there was anything wrong. My daughter had been to the 360 in Milton Keynes the day before and said that there was supervision in most of the play areas. If you're thinking of going I suggest to try that one.... I will not be returning.
  • But the baby changing rooms and Toilets are filthy and were the same last saturday, not acceptable!
  • We paid about £26 pounds for 3 adults and 2 little ones who were around 4 years old...went during the Easter weekend....there was queue, thankfully cousin had membership so saved the time of filling and we had a gala time....snacks and drinks are pretty expensive but you are allowed to take kids food in, we took lots of french fries and nuggets...our kids n we enjoyed munching on them.....dashing cars, the pizza area, legos area, slides, vaccum balls, lotz of play to keep the little ones and us occupied throughout....we came at 12.30 and left by 4...wanted to stay longer as we enjoyed a lot
