  • 360 is one of the better soft play areas that I have visited. There are various seating areas around the centre and there are lockers available to use (padlock hire charge applies) for your belongings. The equipment is in generally good repair and seems to be mostly clean. The ball shoot in the ball suction area is often blocked however the staff will unblock it if they are notified. There are various role play sections including the play frames so my children always love coming here. There is also a go kart and a carousel which the children can go on which is included within the price. It is quite pricey to visit here and if you intend of visiting often then a play pass may work out at better value.
  • Took my 18 month old son this morning and he seemed to really enjoy it so I bought an annual pass on the way out. Plus points - Loads to do. Nice craft room. Everything included in the price and I could accompany my son everywhere, so he was able to go on the bigger slides with me and on the merry go round. Nice and quiet in the morning for the little ones. Bad points - looked a touch run down in the imaginative play rooms and seemed that a lot of things were missing. For example in the vets there were I think 4 medical kits and all were empty. This is a shame as you'd hope that they would be restocked every morning, we got there pretty much for opening time. Also my son had a jacket potato that was really undercooked so unfortunately went in the bin. Will eat lunch when we get home in future. The lady in the craft room had a look on her face that said I can't wait for the weekend, but maybe we just came in at a bad time. Overall left happy with a happy sleeping toddler.
  • Not clean! The food hygiene worries me here... the milk they leave out in a flask had lumps in it and I had to ask for a new cup of tea. They didn't seem surprised or worried by this. Toilets are pretty dirty too, ok I know kids are using them all day, but they should be checked and cleaned regularly. If you visit here, take your own food.
  • This place is filthy dirty! When charging such a big entry fee you would think they could afford decent cleaners. The toilet floors were awash with urine (pleasant when wearing only socks), the baby change unit was just too disgusting and floor in the restaurant was sticky with dirt. The tables were filthy too. The carpetted floor was also foul. Our socks were black with dirt by the end of the session. So gross. YUK.
  • At least if you ordered hot food, it should at least come on a tray. The fact that you have to get up to go get a tray is just ridiculous! You get your cutlery yourself and sauce/ spices but trays? Nah!
