  • A lovely place to take the kids for a few hour's, two playgrounds which the kids love to play on, and you can have a nice walk around the lake and the surrounding area.  more »

  • Great play park for children. Walk around water, ducks & geese. Cafe was not busy & seemed reasonable price for sandwiches etc. Spent a very nice couple of hours  more »

  • Cycled here with the boys, it's a mini rother valley. Good place to visit. Nice cakes from the cafe too 😀
  • Great place to walk the children and dog around the lake, a tip though if you have kids is to start from the car park near the main road and walk clockwise around lake as the play area is around the other side of the lake and it's a good incentive to get the kids walking without complaining, there is a cafe (seasonal opening) near the play area too.
  • Fantastic local place to visit great walk and even a kids play area
  • Lovely park something for everyone, plenty of localised walks, although this needs promoting more. Excellent cafe and free parking and a lovely park run on Saturdays.
  • Lovely country park. Nice place for a walk and accessible from trans Pennine trail by bike. Cafe is expensive and cakes are poor value for money. Nice play park for younger kids up to around 8 years of age.
