  • So glad we visited. Lovely well thought out museum. Friendly volunteers. Best of all 'Falcon' the steam boat. A lovely peaceful & beautiful 20 min ride. Glad to come back soon.

  • Excellent small place with devoted volunteers making the visit interesting and enjoyable. Great adventure on a steam boat. Fun for the whole family
  • Pleasantly surprised by this museum. A lot of effort has clearly gone into the broads exhibits by the volunteers. The walk-in wherry is good - you can sit inside and hear conversations in local accents about the old days on the broads. My favourite part of any visit is a trip out on the victorian steam powered speed boat that goes out to Barton broad - a unique craft! There's usually an exhibition on - a recent one told the history of the MGN railways that transported holiday makers around nearby coasts. Well worth a visit.
  • One of the best museums I've ever been to. It has everything you need to enjoy!
  • Excellent museum, well worth visiting. Dont skip the Steam launch trip for any reason. Dog and family friendly. Inexpensive.
