We visited Amerton Farm several times during the school holidays. We took three children with us who really enjoyed the Ferret racing and the Punch and Judy show. It is well worth a visit.
Not enough for my interest in the shops (except local beers and ice creams) but the bakery (breads, cakes, bakes) remains excellent with traditional family meals across the yard. Young children love t... read more »

Not a B and B!! Took 5 and 10 yr old boys for play barn £3.98 each, bargain as big bouncy pillow and 2 bouncy castles inside, not a normal softplay, its great! Picnic benches inside and out, nice to be able to sit outside while kids ran in and out, tractors and bikes to ride inside and wooden walkways to play on inside, floor is wood chipped. Good cafe and prices, I always take picnic when we go out but I knew prices ok, so got dinner there. Does kids good to get outside and play, and who would expect a barn on a farm to be spotless, if you don't want natural play then don't go! Train was just over £7 for family of 4, very good staff at train station, kids had eye spy sheet which they did. Few animals in farm yard and tractor which all kids want to sit on. Gift shops bit expensive, bakery smelt good. I travelled 45 mins to use the playbarn as better than the ones in Telford and cheaper!
Great free activities as well as paid ones. Great to see santa at xmas but book seats go fast. Love it here great day out with the kids.
Fantastic place, friendly and welcoming
Love coming here with the kids free entry for the farm have to pay for the play barn and the bird sanitary train ride all fairly priced lovely day put with the kids.
Little bit of a let down. I wouldn't really call it a farm due to lack of animals.
