  • This is a small museum in a fort, but brought together a range of history from the middle ages to very recent years. Varied displays and an atmospheric location.  more »
  • Well worth a visit. The museum has a fair bit on display and is interesting. The views are very good.  more »

  • An interesting place to visit for those who like maritime history. Worth a visit if you are in the area.
  • I visited here free during the regatta weekend. Has a musuem of ship wracks and some interesting diving artifacts but I'm not sure I would pay for entry. Simple and small, less than an hours entertainment I would say, less if you're not interested in wrecks and lighthouses!
  • Nice example of a Napoleonic era Martello Tower, pretty much untouched by the wider alterations conducted on many other similar fortifications during the German occupation. The museum is nicely presented and the food in the CafĂ© opposite is superb.
  • Tiny but interesting
