  • Excellent and informative tour with Euan being full of great stories of how Eden Mill came about. Very good variety of gins to taste which helped in buying in the shop after the tour. Highly recommended.
  • Had an amazing time touring Eden Mill! And the price for the amount of drinks they give you is a steal. All the staff were super friendly and the tour was interesting. Hope to visit again after they move into the bigger building.
  • A great and friendly team that know their stuff. My girlfriend and I went on a tour for our anniversary. While the walk through didn't take long, Lara our guide took us through the whole process of the Gin, whisky and ale brewing including the hand bottled filling. A few tasters later and we walked out with a fair few bottles of Gin and beer with great help from Chris, who on his first day, went above and beyond. We're already ready planning our return trip.
  • Went on the gin tour and our guide Chris was brill . Totally recommended well worth a couple of hours . Would go again if I had time . Enjoy
  • Nice bottles but the gin is a bit ropey for my taste. Not very smooth and in my opinion you need a lot of lime / cucumber / whatever and tonic to make it drinkable. Plenty of classics out there on the market for a lot less and a lot nicer. Fair enough in giving the gin a go though. Makes sense to try and make money before the whisky is ready. Also..it's in guardbridge not St. Andrews !

Where to stay in St. Andrews

less expensive lodging and luxury rental apartments are located around the town center and the university buildings. Be sure to book accommodations overlooking the sea and St. Andrew Cathedral ruins early, because they fill up fast during the good weather months. Rental properties in the town center on narrow streets, such as Market Street, are within walking distance of the main architectural and cultural attractions. Save money by renting a room farther west of the town center. These are residential neighborhoods that are well-connected to the town center but offer quiet nights and inexpensive nightly rates.
