  • This is a great place to visit if you love looking at how life used to be and all it's finery. The gardens are vast and there is something for children. Good day out for all.  more »

  • Absolutely love the woodland walks around Scotlon Manor, plenty of different routes to take to add variety. I've never been into the actual house but the cafe is great too.  more »

  • Brilliant place to go if you have children, and there's nice cafe there too. I recommend it.
  • Great for a walk and a coffee in the cafe. House is worth a visit too. Great with or without the dogs.
  • Nice place to visit on a sunny day. Have a picnic, lie in the Sun or fly a kite.
  • Great place to visit and soak up the scenery
  • Great place to take the kids. Cheap car parking, a good woodland walk with lovely activities, animals such as ponies and sheep, nice outdoor play area for kids. There is a nice cafe near the house too! The house is nice to look around, and the Museum is engaging too, you need to pay a little extra to look around both, but nothing too unreasonable, and both are extremely interesting.
