  • Enjoyable afternoon up the windmill, worth a visit if you enjoy a bit of history of just wondered what's inside a windmill.
  • Informative interesting visitor attraction to learn more about the history of milling. Guided tours of the mill regularly throughout the day and tearoom and gift shop within the mill.
  • Very pleasant, I would like to thank the good people for the restoration of the mill, another place to visit this summer.
  • We arrived at 3pm on a wet saturday afternoon and was immediately offered a tour of the windmill. At £10 for a family (2+2+baby) we thought it was good value. The guide was put off a little by the young chatter, and we were a little disappointed to find that it is still not in operation. So, although the exciting climb through the floors was good, and the walk around the "halfway" gallery outside was spectacular, the whole thing felt a little work in progress. We were informed they hope to be milling later in 2012 and we would certainly go back to see and hear the mill in action. The staff and tea shop were great. Disabled access would be very restricted obviously.
