  • A Christmas shopping trip on 18 December. All shops visited were well stocked and attended by friendly staff. Good hall is always busy but cafe giardino offers good food in comfortable surroundings.
  • Ok shopping centre but nothing special. Usual range of stores, lots of food outlets, gets very busy.
  • As a regular user of your Shopmobility I am very upset by the changes.I used to come in at 9am to avoid the crowds and when the lifts were quieter. Now you don't open until 10am and most of the lovely ...  more »

  • Really friendly staff, and really helpful. The repair service is good... when you get someone who knows what they are doing... I had to bring my Mac book pro back to get the original repair fixed properly. But the staff were mega helpful and keen to make sure I was looked after. They didn't treat me like a fool, and respected what I had to say. I am really happy here.
  • Booked an appointment at the Genius Bar as I had speaker issues with my iPhone and was seen around 2 hours later. Phone was tested and I had blown my speaker and they sent it in for repair and it was free thanks to warranty. They gave me a new phone and it only took them 2 hours, although I picked it up 3 and a half hours later. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff!
  • Ipad pro went wrong after 2 and a half weeks. Spent an evening and following morning with 2 levels of Apple care staff but still wouldn't start. had to book genius bar appointment but had to wait few days. At store had to go through same process as Apple care yet again. Told it would be replaced but they didn't have one so they would contact in the week. Friday hear still nothing and yet when I checked stock with retail support they have exact model in stock. Why is it that new customers can get one but existing ones cannot. So new customers beware because you could become a badly treated existing customer.
  • Told by Apple to contact store, auto service takes me back to Apple, can't get an answer from store when i do get connected to store.....just on hold for over 40 mins, called 7 times at different times of day. terrible....going back to Android as iPhone has generic battery issue, which i ca't get fixed as the store wont take a call! communication company my a**e! I add, the people i have spoken to at Apple customer support have been helpful, it's the automated system and the lack of phone answering at the store that have let it all down.
  • Been a Mac user before they were 'cool' but this shop really shows everything that is now wrong with Apple. Long waiting times, more staff allocated to booking you in rather than actually serving you. There is an arrogance with Apple and unfortunately it isn't as attractive as their products. Their business team are abismal.
