  • Very good place for all ages any weather. Good facilities, the staff were very nice and they shared good information. Lots of good activities to do there such as making your own wax candle. Good for younger children. The cafe food is very nice and has lots to offer. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! Would come again. I never though I would find bees so interesting!!!!!
  • Great experience for my wife, myself and our 6 year old son. Recommend going on a tour - makes much more sense of the place. Our guide Alex was so enthusiastic and full of 'did you know' facts about bees. We got to watch the process (live and on video) of making honey - from building hives, to actually sing inside a living hive - and the opportunity to taste the end article. Who knew there was such variety. Thanks Alex, for making our visit so memorable.
  • Excellent! We took the tour and our guide was great! She took us through the process of how the honey is made. Showed us the hives and gave a taste test at the end. We learned a lot about the bees and how each honey is different. The bees are inclosed inside so there were no stray bees for those who aren't confident around them. There is a big play area for the kids to let off some steam and also some creatures to have a look at. All in all great fun for kids and adults, lots of fun facts and lots of friendly staff. Great day out!
  • Well worth a visit to learn all about Bees, Honey and Bees wax. Great for children. Nice canteen, enjoyed the cream tea with honey instead of jam. There is also a large indoor and outdoor adventure play area for the children . Great day for all the family.
  • Great couple of hours. Very informative very interesting watching bees at world rest and dancing. Lots of interactive things to do with the bees. They are not at large so if you have a fear of bees no worries they are behind glass. Nice gift shop reasonably priced plus great choice of honey to buy after tasting most of them.
