  • Very expensive and gets boring after a while since it's a very plain rink. Food is overpriced and badly cooked.
  • Terrible! Today my daughters 9th birthday party was held here and the staff were so rud, beyond belief. I was told that there would be a party host who would be with the girls throughout however she was with them for about 15 to 20 minutes. I was told that it was £14 per child for the party but not told there is an extra charge of £5 per child for a penguin. I went into the office with the party host where the manager and general manager informed me I had to pay extra for the penguins. In addition the party host refused to go back out until payment was made for the party. It was very frightened being with my 7 month old baby and being spoke to in this manner by 4 members of staff including the manager, general manger, party host Kayleigh and and the receptionist. They were rude and aggressive. It bought me to tears and this does not happen very often. Then one of the girls came off as she fell ans left her penguin. When she went back on I asked kayleigh about the penguin and she said how many are in the ice and I replied that thus is something she should know. She said "that's not my job", held her hands up to me and slated off. Once the girls food was provided she went off again. This was my daughters birthday party and it has left me feeling traumatised I will NEVER be visiting this establishment again and neither will the parents and children at the party.
  • Ice hockey. Just your average ice hockey venue. Poor food and typical vending machines. No considered healthy options. Place looks a bit tired and coild do with an update.
  • I come here twice a week, the staff in the office are very helpful and kind. Staff on the ice make sure everyone is safe, help you effectively if you fall and give you the courage to continue! I will soon be ordering ice skating lessons and will be purchasing some ice skates from the office as you get a free public skate session and free blade sharpening, now that's a deal!
  • Very nice place for ice skating. Will buy my own skates next time:) Quick reaction of staff for accidents (one guy broke his leg and was extracted effectively from the ice)
