This is a great place and very unique. The carribean and English food is great. You can always smell the jerk chicken being cooked on the bbq as you walk through the very interesting garden. My little... more »
A petting zoo with reptiles arachnids and birds attached to a great restaurant. Plenty to see and do especially in the summer and very cheap day out for all the family. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.
The place is far too dark, not enough lighting, there wasn’t enough staff one bar man and 2 waiters is ridiculous. the card machine wasn’t working so payments were an issue, our table wasn’t steady and was constantly rocking, the food orders were terribly managed no one knew what food was for which table, most of us finished eating before any of the kids food arrived it was a terrible start but apart from that the food was nice, very well done though cold. Cocktails were also disappointing.
Unique African Garden Centre on the outskirts of Solihull with life size metal zoo sculptures, small aviary and reptile house. Great for kids with small beach. Excellent Caribbean food and tribute nights.
Worst food I’ve ever had. The food was quite expensive but juxtaposingly poor. Would never come again and was ultimately a total waste of time and money. I don’t understand how they make any money.
a hidden gem that is worth finding, the site has a jungle feel to it and i could navigate it ok in my electric wheelchair, some wheelchair users may struggle, but generally it is accessible, as long as you remember that you are going over pathways that are natural, as long as you can wheel yourself on a forest type track you will be ok, everything was accessible the bird walk and reptiles is a bargain especially as the staff spend time with you to assist handling animals
