  • Very interesting even though site was being refurbished so a bit untidy. I need to pluck up the courage to go upstairs next time! Update: site much more accessible, tea shop up and running. And I went upstairs and it's good up there.
  • Interesting and worth a visit , try the local real ale brewed next door !
  • I was expecting a whole lot more. The surrounding site is a little run down at the moment but it does have great potential if funding and labour become available. Perhaps those running the venture need tovisit Denver Windmill in Norfolk for some inspiration. That said the unique 8 sail windmill itself was amazing and a tribute to the preservation team. They just need the surroundings to match.
  • Very interesting site and informative, friendly staff. Should be even better once they do the improvements planned using lottery funding.
  • Only working 8 sail windmill in the UK perhaps the world. Well worth a visit. Had a guided tour, great guide well worth the money
