  • Stuck in the 1970's and more empty shops than open, poor selection of shops. Staff in the stores are always helpful. Its about time the management looked beyond their noses and come up with a real plan to bring the place back to life and not just talk! This could be a great town centre but the management/owners seem to just want it to run down and blame others or wait for grants! I would invite them to talk to me if they want my constructive thoughts, this is not rocket science but simple basic marketing and asset management.
  • This place has stood the test of time which is saying things for a town center these days. It has pretty much everything you need. Hairdressers, NHS walk in center, Estate Agent, KFC, Farm Foods. The kiddies pirate ship is a brilliant touch and my little girl loves it. I even had to point out it's new location to a very disgruntled little girl and her mother, who were quite grateful i notified them. I have heard good things are coming to the Concourse. Restaurants and a cinema. Watch this space.
  • Place is incredibly dated and in dire need of either a refurbishment or knocking down so something modern can take it's place. Poor choice of shops and I'm fed up of being hounded by Sales reps on every corner.
  • This place is a mere shadow of what it once was. Want any mens clothing? Go elsewhere, want some nice house hold furniture? Go elsewhere... You get the gist. This shopping centre just about serves it's local community and with most of the centre shops remaining closed you really have to wonder when the owners will pull their fingers out and start making it into a place that the town centre should be proud of. So for now, it's not worth a visit, hopefully when the new Town centre gets built the concourse will either shape up or close down.
  • Dominated by budget outlets, but will no doubt improve when the light cinema is up and running bringing in more custom.
