  • Been coming to this amusements since it opened many years ago - we've always enjoyed how much there is here. Ground floor has plenty of the normal 2p machines, arcades and bowling, as well as a cafe. 1st floor has the ticket machines and some arcades (as well as a milkshake bar/cafe) and the top floor has the Kids Zone (large soft play area) and the restaurant. The restaurant has always been great for us - lovely food for a great price.
  • Disappointed. Visited today at 5pm (5th May 2018). It wasn't busy, and we thought we'd try dinner here instead of our normal favourite (proper little chippie on sea road). We ordered 4 meals and a kids meal. Firstly, although they advertise 12 inch pizzas, they have stopped serving them. They were not friendly. They did not give us an order number, or call us when our order was ready, leaving it on the side with absolutely no notification, but also allowed someone to take part of the order (they had ordered after us, so I had to wait for another hamburger to be cooked. The food was not great, and whilst the prices seem low, and it could be argued that you get what you pay for, the proper little chippie would have been cheaper and much much more attractive/ edible. Pizzas (9") were not great and the fish was a frozen oven baked one. Buy coffee and tea from here, but I'd avoid choosing to eat here.
  • Nice to see good use of the area. Multiple activities in this venue. Cafe and restaurant and bowling and games galore. Clean and open long hours also has toilets. Most staff are helpful, but there are some that need to attend a customer service training session. Prices are good for most things. Worth a visit.
  • Great place, but some of the staff can be so unhelpful and hide behind company policy. Last night 10/04/18 me and my brother called in as usual because we had been collecting toy vehicles we had won a delivery truck model which was a duplicate so when the member of staff came to remove it from the machine for us we asked could he swap it for a different model which had been on display at side, and we were told NO not company policy. Well if that's the case LUCKY STRIKE SKEGNESS has just lost all our family custom after years of patronage, NEVER going again!!!
  • The best arcade in Skegness. Kids world on the top floor is a brilliant soft play that'll keep the little ones amused for hours. The Waterfront restaurant has great food too.
