  • My husband was given a voucher for a visit to Silverstone for a driving experience and tour. What can I say, excellent, amazing, wonderful, totally well worth the 6 hour drive to get there. This place...  more »

  • The history, the track, the events, the experiences. If you are a petrol head this is the place for you. Driving experiences are serious fun. The grand Prix weekend is the best event on the calendar for prior fans, and I've been to a few. The classic is amazing, group C cars, classic F1 cars, old schools touring cars (minis vs Mustangs!) and an open pit lane.
  • Attended the British GP in 2016. Fantastic atmosphere, great facilities many of which are laid on the the Grand Prix. Loved the fair ground, red arrows display and police car area for kids. Make sure you have a plan of where to sit and that you understand where you can and cannot access with your ticket. Directions and signage could be better.
  • Just wish the circuit could go back in time, (30 years should do it) regarding the design layout but using the modern safety measures. It was so much quicker.
  • Been before on a taster day to become a marshall and loved it, work commitments at the time stopped me from doing it though. Went back for a free entry historic rally, was a fantastic day and you could walk anywhere! I can see why they call this the home of motor racing!!
  • A great day out but... so noisy. We went to see the Formula 1 Grand Prix and were lucky enough to be invited guests in a stand. Even with ear plugs, the noise was unbearable. There was a nice array of stands selling all sorts including food! Good parking and toilets. Good display by the Red Arrows.
