  • The Hop Shop which is situated on the Castle Farm in Sevenoaks is an amazing day out. The guided tour around their lavender fields and distillery for the oils are well presented and very informative. The tour itself last for an hour and fifteen minutes. Well worth the £5pp. The Hop Shop itself is very well stocked with lovely gifts for yourself or a loved one. Castle Farm itself is lovely and is very family friendly. It is also a minutes walk away from Lullingstone county park which is suitable for picnics and long walks.
  • Lovely hidden away gem in kent.. lots of lavender infused goodies.. especially love the lavender honey! Road to get there can be a lil bit scary as its one of those old lanes which fits a single car at a time.. but what awaits at the end of the road is simply worth it all...
  • Unfortunately when we went this weekend (early August) there's no lavender field to see nor visit. I was quite disappointed as I had been excited about this trip. The only visitor experience there was to check out the shop and have a quick bite. Would appreciate some heads up or was the end of season updated somewhere that I didn't manage to read before? Thank you.
  • The so-called tour was not really a tour. It was a 45 min lecture by a double agricultural degree holder, leaving us with 5 minutes of picture taking opportunity of the lavender field. I would encourage the tour guide to design a tour that is more pleasurable than academic.
  • Limited fresh vegetables but lovely looking cakes. Amazing amount of pumpkins
