  • Fascinating to see the lifeboat and to hear of its history. Experienced crew members are always on hand to answer questions and to relate personal experiences and history of the station  more »
  • We enjoyed a tour of the station by one of the guides who was extremely knowledgeable and engaging. Monday was probably a good choice as we were the only visitors at the time. Highly recommended.  more »

  • Fantastic talk and explanation of what the RNLI does, the volunteers and the equipment they use. Andy and Paula were very good at answering questions and our students really enjoyed their experience. Worth every penny of the donation. Recommended.
  • A stunning boat house and extremely friendly staff. Well worth a visit especially on a Sunday or Wednesday evening when they launch the boat down the slipway.
  • We take the grandchildren quite often and everyone always has a good time. It always shows what a great service these brave men and women provide. The guides and volunteers in the shop are also very pleasant and helpful.
  • Interesting place to visit, plus they provide an excellent service to the community in difficult circumstances
  • We got a tour round the place. Very interesting and free.
