  • Lovely laid back atmosphere. Great collection of animals.
  • They was supposed to be attending my local sure start centre all the children was looking forward to seeing the animals but they never turned up not even a phone call to let them know wat was happening. DO NOT BOOK FOR THEM TO COME TO U.
  • My family and I visited Willow Tree Family farm a little over a month ago. We found a little gem. Don't get me wrong, Willow Tree Farm isn't perfect, but when you visit, you get a sense of the hard work and dedication the staff are putting into the place to make something special sitting on the edge of Shirebrook. From the moment you are met at the ticket office you are made to feel welcome. The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to chat and answer questions. I've seen another review state that the farm is very run down. I wouldn't agree. Everywhere is in good working order, the whole farm is clean, tidy and maintained. The children can get up close to all of the animals and are even invited to handle them in supervised sessions with staff. The day we visited, there were a couple of children's parties taking place in an authentic Teepee and they all looked like they were having a whale of a time. Visit the Willow Tree Family Farm, support them. You won't regret it.
