  • Huge range, parking on site and friendly staff. I like the aquatic centre too. The coffee shop is great and the Centre Christmas displays are a must-see.
  • Lovely staff and the restaurant is good plus a great little fish shop...but the prices are a bit steep on plants but there is a good variety throughout
  • Good for dog walks
  • Very good quality local garden centre with a wide range of plants with a nice secluded cafeteria. Very friendly and helpful staff
  • Using a voucher for my birthday I bought a cymbidium orchid from Castle Gardens who in the past have always been a 'quality' garden centre. It cost nearly £30 and I also bought the spray and a pot. The first stem of flowers died after about a week and the second branch died after 3 weeks and the last little one is nearly over too. Usually these orchids last for about 3-4 months if not longer. I took it back but was told that a bee must have come in and pollinated it...that's nature! when I pointed out that the ones they had left for sale looked a bit jaded too I was told that they too must have been pollinated! so.....don't buy a cymbidium from here as the flowers are already doomed! Not your usual customer care Castle Gardens. I won't be coming back.
