  • We discovered the Play Arena one year ago. My kids love it. I have four boys aged between 4 and 12. It has always niggled me how much more expensive it is than other play centres, plus some activities...  more »

  • Can't fault the place..been three times now, really good size play areas, plenty of seating for adults, good food at good prices, clean toilets,my boy loved it and didn't want to leave,so can't ask for much more
  • Mega overpriced .freezing cold and standard equipment .food and drinks are the dearest by far from any other cafe/play centre I've been to and having 5 children of various ages I've been to many. The staff are rude the manager is very rude I took my small child on the moving octapus and was told to get off I was only standing next to it . My child could not play on it safely without me next to her I then went back to my table and my other children were not happy as it was cold and generally rubbish also due to the layout I could not safely keep my eyes on all my children .I'd been there 10 mins I went back to reception and asked for a refund I was told that if I was going to cause I scene id be asked to leave and no refund would be given as it was my choice to leave .I stood my ground and said it was not good enough that my small child cannot play in the area designated for her age safely because they the staff will not let me supervise her safely . I then sat down at my table and Houghton about what a waste of money this place was and how rude staff could be. Next thing 2 police officers arrive to ESCORT me of the premises for threatening staff . Loooool how angry I was . The police were fine they just said could I please leave i said this was embarrassing and so they advised me to let all my friends and family know what it's like so I did and now I'm putting it in review the owner is a greedy foreign woman who thinks she's above the rest of the world
  • Kids love it and it's a good safe place for them to run around. Will go back
  • Appalled to read the previous review and the racist comments included in it. I have visited many times with foster children and have never had any problems at all.
  • Really don't recommend this place. Twice as expensive as some others (over 6 pounds per child) and full of machines/activities that cost extra. Freezing cold, really unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Won't be coming again.
