  • Really good play facilities, possibly the cleanest soft play area I have visited. Young female staff and (I think) the chef were extremely polite and helpful, if somewhat timid. A dark haired lady with her own baby, who I took to be the owner or a manager, was quite the opposite, abrupt and abrasive to the point of real rudeness on more than one occasion, also snapping at staff in front of customers. Poor management skills.
  • The most expensive and poorest soft play I've ever visited I'd read negative reviews and heard bad things about this place. They were right. Despite having a massive amount of space the play area isn't particularly interesting and we were told that the outdoor area was closed as it was wet despite there being no rain all day and everything was clearly dry on closer inspection on leaving. It may have also been the time, but the place was deserted. I assume most people know to avoid this place. My daughter has loved every soft play she has ever been to regardless of what I've thought, but she asked to leave here not long after getting there and said she never wanted to go back again. She's only 4 but clearly can already tell the good from the bad. I only gave it 1 star because she did briefly appear to be enjoying herself.
  • This is my second time visiting the play arena and I didn't even want to come back the second time it was only as it was so close to the gym and my friends and I didn't have time to get to run around at half way and back for the school pick up so came here instead. The pricing is ridiculous if your child is under one and a non walker it's £2 but if your child is 1year 2 weeks and still a non walker you pay £5.30!!!! Absolutely ridiculous! I shouldn't have been so honest and lied about her age but never thought we would get charged such a ridiculous fee. And then in the same breath to be quizzed about if I have any food or drink in my bag and that I must not under any circumstances feed my child it is beyond me! It may be a policy of play centres but this is the first play centre I have ever attended that has enforced it and informed you before stepping through the door! Your already making money off the mums and dads that have to eat and drink your food and pay the extortionate fees to bring their child to play and yet you make them buy their child your food instead of letting them have a snack from home! The kids food was nice I'll admit but as it took a good 30 mins to arrive the kids had pretty much had a melt down as we couldn't give them any 'snacks' from our bags to keep them happy! The sensory area is very run down with a lot of toys broken and the ball pit dirty! There is obviously cleaning products on the premises as the door to the cleaning cupboard was left wide open the whole time we were there and it's bang next to the baby sensory area, that's an accident waiting to happen. A friend with an older child found a needle and thread at the bottom of the slide on our visit and then finally the safety door to exit the play arena was broken so your child 'if mobile' could easily get out and get out into the foyer and onto the car park! This place needs a massive clean up not only of the facilities but the management too! The staff were fine but the management just had the wrong attitude and too many excuses and not enough resolutions. If you can, go else where there are far nicer places and a lot less rules!
  • Great place to take the child in a rainy day. We are using this play area for long time now and we never had any issue with the staff which are really friendly. Never been told that I need to leave in 2 hours like other places, even in the very busy times. The arena is very big with a lot of space for children and has different areas for all the age groups. our daughter loves to ride the cars.
  • My daughter loved it its huge the biggest I've visited yet staff were friendly nice latte (always a bonus) great facilities thumbs up for me 👍👍👍👍👍
