  • Magnificent and architecturally unique glass-house constructed with giant curving laminar wooden beams. home to plants from all over the world, with full size free standing trees inside. This has been the jewel in the crown of Sheffield city centre's rejuvenation plans over the past couple of decades, and deservedly so. Lovely place to sit and relax. Connects to Millennium Gallery and Hotel on either side with recently built contemporary open spaces at the front and back. Few little cafes and knick knack shops inside too.
  • The Winter Garden is gorgeous. Plenty of benches, cool plants, and clean and tidy regardless as to what time of day or year you visit. Attached is the Millenium Gallery, which is also worth a visit, and the Peace Gardens are just outside. I love it!
  • A beautiful explosion of green in the City centre. Great to warm up on a chilly day. You will find some lovely little shops too
  • The Winter Gardens is a popular place with all ages to relax and knock about. It has many benches, and the trees and all the plants are lovely. It also has a small cafe for hot drinks and food. Connected is the millennium gallery that's always interesting. Even if your not into any of that, the Winter Gardens is a nice warm place just to get out of the cold for a bit.
  • Amazing building, filled with tropical plants and trees. Cafes and bars, with an art gallery and shop. Good visit, free of charge.
