  • The day was cold but sunny but we were able to warm up and shelter in this indoor jungle. There were lots of information boards about the planting and there were lots of seats to sit and eat lunch eit...  more »
  • Lovely light and airy venue, with plenty of interesting plants - differing heights, colours and textures, and seating so that you can enjoy it all.  more »
  • Popped in here before visiting the Lyceum Theatre on Saturday - what a lovely facility in the heart of Sheffield (we've never visited the centre before). We would love to return and spend more time in...  more »

  • Beautiful green garden, I had seen a pics of this garden and really wanted to visit, was not disappointed one bit though expected the garden to be a bigger one... Had to step out to get some salad with my host and got back here to eat. Love the Maintenance team too, they were busy working while I walked around. Oh and I love those woods they used in building the beautiful glass house of Winter garden.
  • Lovely quiet space in the city centre. Lots of tropical plants and often art exhibits. There is a coffee place and an eatery as well as it housing an entrance to the Millennium Gallery.
  • One of my favourite places in Sheffield. Calm, lovely plants and shops. Very interesting gallery too. Also a handy place to sit if it's raining or if you are tired
  • Great little place to take 5 mins break from the rest of the city centre. Couple of little local shops and some exhibits to explore as well as the tropical plants mean it's a great little place to relax for a few mins - or get out of the rain. :-)
  • The Winter Garden only has sub tropical plants, no native plants on display. Too many food and coffee shops inside making the place smell. Its a huge greenhouse, sited in Sheffield city centre. In my opinion it is sited in the wrong place. It would be better if it was sited within a parkland.
