Hardwick Park, Sedgefield

Categories: Nature & Parks
Inspirock Rating:
4.4/5 based on 260+ reviews on the web
Hardwick Park is a country park with a difference. Now a Visit England accredited attraction, it has survived since the 1750s when its then owner, John Burdon, created a sprawling ornamental park. Today, the remains of some of the original buildings he created can be seen throughout the park, which suggest the area has a richer story to tell.
With our custom trip planner, Sedgefield attractions like Hardwick Park can be center stage of your vacation plans, and you can find out about other attractions like it, unlike it, near it, and miles away.

  • I love coming with my friends in the summer. Great outdoor visit for families with lots to do. Definitely worth visiting. Also lots of Pok├ęstips and some rare Pokemon
  • A beautiful park where we spent a lovely afternoon with family feeding the ducks and admiring the fabulous views. Nice cafe where we had lunch and a nice play park for the little people.
  • Me and the Mrs love coming here for a little walk around and feeding the ducks. Great place to take kids out on a stroll feeding the ducks, or just to get out the house and be somewhere nice.
