  • It is a large group of mountains located to the outside of Edinburgh, is a perfect place to stroll through nature and be away from the cities. Pentland Hills has the longest artificial ski slope in Europe. The best time for us is in winter when it snows, if you get a sled you can pass it very well as kids.

  • Only a short drive from Edinburgh town centre and it offers multiple picturesque walks up the hills. The two closest walks to town are moderate in nature and give great views over Edinburgh!
